Parental Involvement is strongly encouraged. AAT recommend the following for parents: Set regular study schedules for your child including weekends. Create a home study space for your child that is quiet and conducive to learning. Monitor and limit the time your child watches television. Provide 20 minutes of quiet reading time at home for your child to complete reading assignments and / or reading books for pleasure and entertainment. Obtain a local library card to provide additional reading material for your child.
