What are your policies?
We do not bind our customers to a contract. After diagnostic testing is complete, we will meet with you to determine the needs of your child. We do register you as a customer and construct a weekly, monthly or semester individualized educational plan for your child.
We do recommend that your
child attend regular sessions for at least eight weeks to build student retention and gain academic progress.
What happens if I need to cancel a tutoring session?
Please call by 7pm the evening before your tutoring
session if your child is unable to attend. We will schedule a make-up session.
If you do not call by 7pm in advance, you will be responsible for the missed session. The transportation fee will be
non-refundable if you do not call by Noon-the day of the session to cancel the service.
If I have more than one child, can they be scheduled for the same tutoring time?
Yes, we will have tutors available to teach your children in small ratios of three students to one teacher or one
teacher to one student.
Will you contact my child's teacher?
We will contact your child's teacher or school upon written authorization. We will arrange with your child's teacher
to keep current with your child's daily or weekly lessons.
Will you inform me of my child's progress?

How will I know if my child did not arrive for tutoring?
We will contact you immediately if your child is scheduled for a session and does not arive.
What form of payments do you accept?
We accept Cash, Check, Debit or Credit Card. Credit Card Payments are also accepted online. You may also process your credit card payment through Paypal. (Paypal account is not needed to pay online, just click the Paypal link on the Rates page)
A fee will be assessed to returned checks equal to the maximum amount
allowable by law.
